I placed an order 6 days ago for ground shipping, and has yet to be shipped. I realize this is during holiday time, but I have ordered many things from many different places, and have never seen it be this long. I ordered something for a special event thinking I would have it in time, and it looks as if not. Okay. My fault. Should have taken into consideration the holiday schedule. So I decide to order something else and expedite it, and then when I get my first package, just return. So I do just that, and only after placing my order do I get a notification saying it will it still take 4 to 5 BUSINESS days before item will be shipped. WHAT!? Obviously I needed my order before then hence the expedited request. So at this point it's useless. I decide to cancel the order and call the number indicating such for cancellations saying to do so in 15 minutes. I am placed on hold for 20 minutes and then am told that it's too late. I even questioned how I was suposed to cancel in 15 minutes when I had been on hold for longer? Customer rep was not rude, but wasn't very helpul and seemed to not really know what she was doing as she told me there was nothing to do except wait for my package and then return or refuse shipment. Unacceptable. I feel it was very misleading to offer expedited shipping and not notify someone of the wait time BEFORE I placed my order. I have been a customer for years, and am not impressed by this situation. So now I have funds tied up in two packages that wont be here in time for what I need them for, meaning I will have to yet spend more money to get something for my event. Charlotte Russe tampered with my shipping address.

I've made many orders through Charlotte Russe before but this might just be my last one. I ordered a jacket online, and it was delivered- and in every one of my confirmation emails the shipping address was correct.

My shipping and billing address are in different states, but I've never had an issue before. When my order was shipped out I received an email with my tracking number in it, in this email my shipping address was correct however when it went to fedex the billing and shipping address had been mixed up- so my order was never delivered to me and was returned to Charlotte Russe. This is when I learned that the call center representatives for this company have an atrocious idea of what customer service means and have no clue what they are doing. Every time I called to resolve this matter I was given a different story.

The first rep claimed my package had been delivered and that I should double check. When I double checked the tracking the package had actually been delivered back to their facility NOT TO ME! The second rep told me they would give me a refund, I told her I did not want a refund I wanted them to reship my item to the correct address. She said they wouldn't do that, so I got a refund...

But then I found out they didn't refund my shipping charge. I called again, and was informed that my shipping charge was non-refundable and that if my shipping address was incorrect it was Fedex's fault. I asked the lady what business Fedex had having my billing information since the mess up was that these two addresses had been mixed up. The rep told me it was Fedex not them, and I informed her that seems pretty unlikely since Fedex shouldn't have been given my billing information and that's a violation of my privacy.

This lady continued to tell me that shipping was non-refundable and that I had to just pay for it. I told her that if this had been my fault then sure but since this was so clearly their fault then I would like my $5 *** dollars back and I don't understand why I am needing to fight about this. This rep continued on the same rant so I told her I wanted to speak with a superviser because clearly she had no grasp of the situation. I had to ask for a superviser several times before she acknowledged my request.

When I finally spoke with a superviser she said she's refund the shipping, no problem.

There's still however I mysterious 50 cents that never were refunded to me but whatever. But what baffles me is that in all of this, not once did Charlotte Russe take any responsibility for the mistake they made, and no one even apologized.

Charlotte Russe - Customer Care Review

While I was browsing inside Charlotte Russe at the Clackamas Town Center today in Oregon, not only did no asscoiates even acknowlege me, but an associate was talking loudly to a customer/friend, "You should've been at _____'s party, it was so fun! I was so drunk!!

Everyone was laughing at me because I kept spilling my drink! It was jungle juice so I was just drinking one after another after another!" Wow.

Way to keep it classy. I walked out right after that.

Visited the CR in Branson at the landing and the sales associate was so rude! I had a coupon and she refused to let me use it.

I asked if I could possibly verify it with a manager and she said she was the store manager! I contacted corporate don't think she should be in charge of a store with no customer service skills!!#####

Several years ago Charlotte Russe was my go to store for most of my clothes. For the last year or so the online experience with this company is absolutely horrible. I have made several orders online and despite the "3-5 day shipping" which is absolutely false, my packages have taken up to 2 weeks to arrive. This is extremely misleading. Another thing is out of stock items still being available online. I'm absolutely disappointed in the online service. I ordered some items online 2 weeks ago and immediately received and email about two items being out of stock. Then a week later another item was out of stock. I go on the website and I see one of my out of stock items still available for purchase. I'm so disappointed that I wasted my money

This is the second time this has happened and i am pissed. First time I ordered a pair of clearance flats and some jeans. They said nothing about them being sold out so i proceeded to checkout. I get my package guess what? No shoes. Just about 2 weeks ago i ordered my mom's Christmas gifts (a coat and some jeans) and guess what? NO JEANS!!!!!! I am furious. If something is out of stock I should be notified before even adding it to my cart but here I am 3 days before Christmas and my mom has no jeans to open.

Sawgrass Mills store 12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323 (Florida) : I am so disappointed with your hiring process and the leadership team. A lot of gossiping, poor management, employees feel uneasy and unsafe around other employees that have a threatening nature and cause confrontations. Instead of addressing the trouble maker you make the victim feel like they are at fault and put them in a bad situation where they fear for their safety. I am not the employee nor have I ever worked for the company however I have seen first hand what goes on and I am complaining on their physical website, labor board as well. They are going to wait until someone innocent gets hurt and then have a lawsuit on their hands. they brush things under the rug and do not address issues at hand. I ordered boots off of Charlotte Russe last Thursday & I don't even have A TRACKING NUMBER! All I see is RELEASED ON MY ORDER STATUS & that's not telling me anything!!!!!!!!! I emailed their customer service about my order & 8 hope to get my money back! I'm sick of this... I've been waiting since last Friday for a tracking number & it's Tuesday & I don't have it. I needed my order for my birthday & it's Sunday.

Never received package

I placed an order for 5 pairs of pants on 9/16/16. Order # CR0143****.

On the 21st I received 2 emails one with tracking # 926129****384934**** for a Rose Taupe jean legging I ordered. The other email was tracking # 612979****803007**** for 4 other pair that I ordered. I don't recall after the email when I received the first pkg with the rose taupe jean. It was probably in that same week.

I waited and waited for the next pkg. Nothing appeared. Tried to track it and nothing came up. I called twice I called the week of the 3rd of Oct.

then again the 14th of oct. The woman I spoke looked into it and said they cant track the pkg. Some where from your end to the post office. She said she would send it up to her supervisor for a credit.

I looked on my statement I still do not see a credit. I called today and spoke to a gentlemen and he asked if I filled out an affidavit. I said no. He said I have to fill out a police report.

I told him I wasn't going to. This was a lot of trouble for me placing an order online. If this is the case. I will never order again.

I'm looking for a 68.00 credit. I just placed another order to replace the pants I didn't get and went to the store and bought 2 more. {I went on 10/17/16 trans #96711} store759 {then exchanged size on 10/18/16 store 759, trans 96781. cashier 192642} I order online because there are better deals online but if I have to go thru all of this I will not shop at your store anymore.

And I will be sure to tell all my friends not to order online because if a pkg comes up missing we have to fill out a police report. No one took the pkg from my place that week I had about 5 pkgs big and small come in and I received all of them. Like the first woman I spoke to, it got lost on your end. Thank You, Unsatified customer.

I also asked the gentlemen for a number to complain. He said he would have someone call me back.

I had order a pair of boots and it got canceled, I was bummed out. A week after I place another order same thing happened I didn't even got an email, I decided to place another order and the exact same thing happened I send two emails and never received an answer of why my orders were canceled. It is frustrating when you need something and it gets cancelled and no one can tell you why or have the curtesy to even reply to your emails. I will not purchase anything else from this company not because I don't like it, but because I expect a little respect.

1st time ordering some items and when I received my shipment I was missing a pair of boots. Called they said they don't "reship" items I would have to fill out a form to get my money back 2 weeks later still no money.

Last week I ordered some more items looked at my account and seen I was charged twice. Went to my email to see I had two order numbers. No biggie I'll return the second shipment at the store once it arrives right ? Wrong !

Got first shipment (which was also missing an item) didn't get second checked my email to track it never received a shipping confirmation. So I thought maybe they flagged it on their end so I call customer service. Nope they didn't well can I cancel my order . No it's been longer than 15 min.

So you mean to tell me that I had two orders that were made literally within min of each other with the exact same items one arrives and other is lost in the air and its nothing CUSTOMER SERVICE can do about it? No I have to wait the 5-10 days

I ordered sale items. A month later I was charged the amount of my savings. Called for three weeks. Was promised twice that they would credit my card back and failed to do so. I was never allowed to speak with a supervisor. They never resolved my issue and I had to file a dispute through my bank.

A manager at Charlotte Russe working at the Arlington Texas Mall on 11/25/2016 during Black Friday sales accused my sister of TRYING TO STEAL A JACKET! All she did was try it on, take it off and get in line! The manager then went up to her and told her the price and gave her a very dirty look and continued to follow her around the store and watch her every move! I confronted her about the situation and she yelled at me threatening to kick me out for BEING RUDE which at that point I was starting to get angry at her. She was very disrespectful to me and she never gave me her name or give me a cooperate number to call! Something needs to be done for a false accusation agaisnt my sister and horrible service!!!! The return process is ridiculous! I placed an order online on 9/23/16. I received my order timely. However, an item did not fit so I returned it thru the post office using their prepaid label. I still have yet to receive my refund! I keep calling but keep getting the runaround- the package is still in transit, I can't help you without a tracking number, etc. I have just called again & was told it has not been long enough. That I must wait yet another week!!! The customer service rep I spoke to said I should have returned my item to the closest store-- 45 minutes away! Do not shop Charlotte Russe!!

Charlotte Russe - Shipping Service Review

Order a bunch of items online 12/19. Selected 3-5 day shipping option. Received an email a few days later saying 3 of my items were no longer in stock. Oddly enough, all three were still listed on the Charlotte Russe website. 3-5 business days rolled around and the rest of my items had not arrived. 1/3, my shipment was finally delivered. 15 days later. Horrible service from a horrible company. Will not be ordering from there again.
