Charlotte Russe tampered with my shipping address.
I've made many orders through Charlotte Russe before but this might just be my last one. I ordered a jacket online, and it was delivered- and in every one of my confirmation emails the shipping address was correct.
My shipping and billing address are in different states, but I've never had an issue before. When my order was shipped out I received an email with my tracking number in it, in this email my shipping address was correct however when it went to fedex the billing and shipping address had been mixed up- so my order was never delivered to me and was returned to Charlotte Russe. This is when I learned that the call center representatives for this company have an atrocious idea of what customer service means and have no clue what they are doing. Every time I called to resolve this matter I was given a different story.
The first rep claimed my package had been delivered and that I should double check. When I double checked the tracking the package had actually been delivered back to their facility NOT TO ME! The second rep told me they would give me a refund, I told her I did not want a refund I wanted them to reship my item to the correct address. She said they wouldn't do that, so I got a refund...
But then I found out they didn't refund my shipping charge. I called again, and was informed that my shipping charge was non-refundable and that if my shipping address was incorrect it was Fedex's fault. I asked the lady what business Fedex had having my billing information since the mess up was that these two addresses had been mixed up. The rep told me it was Fedex not them, and I informed her that seems pretty unlikely since Fedex shouldn't have been given my billing information and that's a violation of my privacy.
This lady continued to tell me that shipping was non-refundable and that I had to just pay for it. I told her that if this had been my fault then sure but since this was so clearly their fault then I would like my $5 *** dollars back and I don't understand why I am needing to fight about this. This rep continued on the same rant so I told her I wanted to speak with a superviser because clearly she had no grasp of the situation. I had to ask for a superviser several times before she acknowledged my request.
When I finally spoke with a superviser she said she's refund the shipping, no problem.
There's still however I mysterious 50 cents that never were refunded to me but whatever. But what baffles me is that in all of this, not once did Charlotte Russe take any responsibility for the mistake they made, and no one even apologized.

While I was browsing inside Charlotte Russe at the Clackamas Town Center today in Oregon, not only did no asscoiates even acknowlege me, but an associate was talking loudly to a customer/friend, "You should've been at _____'s party, it was so fun! I was so drunk!!
Everyone was laughing at me because I kept spilling my drink! It was jungle juice so I was just drinking one after another after another!" Wow.
Way to keep it classy. I walked out right after that.

Never received package
I placed an order for 5 pairs of pants on 9/16/16. Order # CR0143****.
On the 21st I received 2 emails one with tracking # 926129****384934**** for a Rose Taupe jean legging I ordered. The other email was tracking # 612979****803007**** for 4 other pair that I ordered. I don't recall after the email when I received the first pkg with the rose taupe jean. It was probably in that same week.
I waited and waited for the next pkg. Nothing appeared. Tried to track it and nothing came up. I called twice I called the week of the 3rd of Oct.
then again the 14th of oct. The woman I spoke looked into it and said they cant track the pkg. Some where from your end to the post office. She said she would send it up to her supervisor for a credit.
I looked on my statement I still do not see a credit. I called today and spoke to a gentlemen and he asked if I filled out an affidavit. I said no. He said I have to fill out a police report.
I told him I wasn't going to. This was a lot of trouble for me placing an order online. If this is the case. I will never order again.
I'm looking for a 68.00 credit. I just placed another order to replace the pants I didn't get and went to the store and bought 2 more. {I went on 10/17/16 trans #96711} store759 {then exchanged size on 10/18/16 store 759, trans 96781. cashier 192642} I order online because there are better deals online but if I have to go thru all of this I will not shop at your store anymore.
And I will be sure to tell all my friends not to order online because if a pkg comes up missing we have to fill out a police report. No one took the pkg from my place that week I had about 5 pkgs big and small come in and I received all of them. Like the first woman I spoke to, it got lost on your end. Thank You, Unsatified customer.
I also asked the gentlemen for a number to complain. He said he would have someone call me back.

1st time ordering some items and when I received my shipment I was missing a pair of boots. Called they said they don't "reship" items I would have to fill out a form to get my money back 2 weeks later still no money.
Last week I ordered some more items looked at my account and seen I was charged twice. Went to my email to see I had two order numbers. No biggie I'll return the second shipment at the store once it arrives right ? Wrong !
Got first shipment (which was also missing an item) didn't get second checked my email to track it never received a shipping confirmation. So I thought maybe they flagged it on their end so I call customer service. Nope they didn't well can I cancel my order . No it's been longer than 15 min.
So you mean to tell me that I had two orders that were made literally within min of each other with the exact same items one arrives and other is lost in the air and its nothing CUSTOMER SERVICE can do about it? No I have to wait the 5-10 days

Visited the CR in Branson at the landing and the sales associate was so rude! I had a coupon and she refused to let me use it.
I asked if I could possibly verify it with a manager and she said she was the store manager! I contacted corporate don't think she should be in charge of a store with no customer service skills!!#####
