Charlotte Russe - Delivery Service Review from Walled Lake, Michigan
I spend at least $500 a year at Charlotte Russe, I made an order online on 10/1/2016 because they were doing a sale for buy one get one $5. A package came 10/12/2016, one box and I ordered 2 over the knee boots and a bracelet so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping.
I opened the box and it was one pair of boots and a bracelet. I call to complain and they keep telling me it's delivered we have proof. I'm not disputing you didn't deliver it, I'm disputing you only sent half my order! I have to fill out an affidavit because "it was stolen", I should check with my neighbors.
Umm hello idiots I got one shoe box delivered don't you think if it was 2 over the knee boots you would have had to send a bigger box? I sent the affidavit and 6 business days later they still do not have, I have to send again!
I'm never shopping here again they will NEVER get my money and I will write a complaint on every website so the whole world knows. Who knows if I will even get my money back as seems like they like to rip people off with online ordering.

What the *** I've sent my affidavit 3 times and I just got an email that they can't pull up the PDF what really? I'm sending it again it's been now a month since this issue, never had I dealt with this issue and such a large company as this one, I told my daughter never again are we shopping here.
I have done the exact same thing. -also reporting them to Better Business Bureau. This company is a SCAM
OMG,I have the same problem,order two jackets and a dress.I received only the jackets.I was also send an Affidavit claim form.I informed customer service,shipping deptment should have better invertory.If I was trying to cheat,why would I pick the lesser in price.We been going back and forward because I am unable to send the form back via email.I recently think I send the form.Still waiting for a answer.Something is not right when more than one customer has missing items deliver.I will not purchase any online products from Charlotte Russe.
