I've made many orders through Charlotte Russe before but this might just be my last one. I ordered a jacket online, and it was delivered- and in every one of my confirmation emails the shipping address was correct.

My shipping and billing address are in different states, but I've never had an issue before. When my order was shipped out I received an email with my tracking number in it, in this email my shipping address was correct however when it went to fedex the billing and shipping address had been mixed up- so my order was never delivered to me and was returned to Charlotte Russe. This is when I learned that the call center representatives for this company have an atrocious idea of what customer service means and have no clue what they are doing. Every time I called to resolve this matter I was given a different story.

The first rep claimed my package had been delivered and that I should double check. When I double checked the tracking the package had actually been delivered back to their facility NOT TO ME! The second rep told me they would give me a refund, I told her I did not want a refund I wanted them to reship my item to the correct address. She said they wouldn't do that, so I got a refund...

But then I found out they didn't refund my shipping charge. I called again, and was informed that my shipping charge was non-refundable and that if my shipping address was incorrect it was Fedex's fault. I asked the lady what business Fedex had having my billing information since the mess up was that these two addresses had been mixed up. The rep told me it was Fedex not them, and I informed her that seems pretty unlikely since Fedex shouldn't have been given my billing information and that's a violation of my privacy.

This lady continued to tell me that shipping was non-refundable and that I had to just pay for it. I told her that if this had been my fault then sure but since this was so clearly their fault then I would like my $5 *** dollars back and I don't understand why I am needing to fight about this. This rep continued on the same rant so I told her I wanted to speak with a superviser because clearly she had no grasp of the situation. I had to ask for a superviser several times before she acknowledged my request.

When I finally spoke with a superviser she said she's refund the shipping, no problem.

There's still however I mysterious 50 cents that never were refunded to me but whatever. But what baffles me is that in all of this, not once did Charlotte Russe take any responsibility for the mistake they made, and no one even apologized.
