Purchased multiple items online, a few shirts and a few pair of jeans. When I received the package it contained none of the items I purchased even though my card was charged and the receipt in the package listed the items that I bought online.

Instead of the shirts and jeans there were 5 pairs of underwear all in different sizes. When I called Charlotte Russe to rectify the issues the customer service was HORRENDOUS. They made me take pictures of the items received and my receipt and email it in. Lots of good that did before I never received a response and I had to call every day for a week and argue for them to agree to give me a refund FOR CLOTHES THAT I NEVER GOT.

6 weeks later I finally got a refund but before they would process it they made me pay for shipping to send back the 5 pairs of underwear. Only when they got the underwear did they credit my account.

It was such a hassle, NOTHING FROM THAT STORE IS WORTH IT. I will never buy anything from them (at least online) ever again.
