I tried to purchase an order online for $500.

I put the order in around midnight. I was so excited about the purchase that I checked on the order status when I woke up the next morning.


I did not receive an email or a phone call.

No heads up, but they still took my $500 out of my bank.

I had to call their customer service in the Philippines only to be transferred 6 times before I could talk with the "supervisor".

The supervisor told me because a manager could not confirm my billing address they cancelled my order. However my bank was CHARGED! not a pending charge either.. I called my bank and am STILL waiting on my money to return in my bank and it's been 17 days!!

The supervisor told me the only thing she can do is resubmit my order but I have to pay the $500 again!!

Monetary Loss: $500.
